Yes the rooms are very good. Staff is excellent. The hotel does not have a private beach. The menu is good but repetitive. I stayed for 8 days, the buffet and the desserts are the same repeated everyday. Should be changed. All the staff members are very good and deserve special appreciation.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Was a really nice resort- some staff really friendly - some not. We were a vit surprised they were not on top of the garbage, given the amount of wildlife. People surrounding us were really loud a la carte restaurants were not great.

The location was great, taking a tunnel under the main street to the beach area and snorkeling right from there. We snorkeled as far south as the ferry pier a few times, was very convenient.
