"The housekeeping staff were way behind. I arrived at the hotel at 630pm, and they were still cleaning room. Initially I was told my room was not available, and I'd have to wait about an hour. But Sebastian, the staff member at checkin desk asked me to wait and he went and checked personally and came back and said he had a room. The room was in poor shape. The mattress had little support, initially there was no wash cloth, the toilet backed up and I found a roach in the sink. When I went to check...

"Due to spring training, prices were high. Honestly, it looked like a prison cell more then a hotel. Had basically nothing.. but I needed a bed. So I guess it did that."
