The hotel is older. There were repairs going on while we were the, which was good. The breakfast was very good . A maid came in every day and cleaned to room.

First, no one greeted us; no one helped with our luggage even though they have all the luggage carts in the front door. Staff didn’t speak English and gave us a dirty room even after the checking hours after 3 pm. Not a well run hotel and not deserve to be a 3 or 4 star hotel.

It is easy access from the highway. There is a lot of green around but few places to buy provisions or restaurants nearby. The staff is fine but the restaurant service is minimum and does not adapt to Travellers needs.

This hotel provided excellent service during our recent stay after backpacking in Cerro Castillo National Park. Esteban was particularly accommodating when we arrived and helped us arrange for transport in the local area. The hotel is about a mile from the center of Coyhaique, so it takes about 20 minutes to walk or 3-5 minutes to drive to the town center to get to most shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel room was large and comfortable, modern, and clean, and we appreciated having a bathtub and shower with great water pressure after several days of trekking.

There was a lot of noise pollution from other rooms like many reviews say. Otherwise I liked the place. The internet was excellent , I worked from the cafeteria a few days. The bed was very comfy. With earplugs it would be five stars.
