This is the place to be!!
An exceptional hotel, wonderful service, amazing staff. Cannot praise it enough! The view from the room is spectacular. The best breakfast in Chile.

Great location, awesome manager
We traveled with our three year old to Patagonia for family vacation. The location of this place is stunning; the rooms are big, with two beds, well up kept. The manager, Mercedes, was more than just helpful and managed to help us with planning the rest of our trip. We really appreciated the time that she put in to assist and help us.

Inolvidable!
Lo disfrutamos muchísimo, es realmente un lugar que sorprende. La comida impecable, los viernes tienen cordero al palo, el mejor que hemos probado! La atención y cordialidad se destaca, sin Mercedes no habríamos resuelto el resto de nuestro viaje!! Lugar recomendable 100%

Amazing!!!
Absolutely fantastic, gorgeous, accommodating, peaceful and magnificent. We randomly found this lodge on hotels.com (booked same day) after flying into Balmaceda and driving up. It was mostly empty, not much in the way of reception, but we wandered in and found Alejandro in the kitchen. He promptly showed us to our room, which was stunning (it really has two king beds!) and offered us wine, beer or tea. We said yes to all and he brought is right to our room, which was a godsend. The next morning there was a table set for two with a made to order delux continental breakfast. There are fantastic views, and probably excellent fishing but we did not have a chance to explore that. We will be back!
