"Communication and response time with this host was top notch! We had a lot going on before arriving from overseas and forgot to notify in advance with when we wanted to be checked in as there is no onsite check-in. Messaged the host and they responded within minutes with check-in details so we were able to check in without delay.

"The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. "Honestly struggle to provide a positive rating due to the safety concern next to a shelter. Openly want to be sensitive but there was trash and people sleeping in the foyer every night or in tents out front. The place was ok inside as well. On the positive it is close to rail station and city centre."
