"Clean close to shops"

"Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering. I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit. My car parking bay was straight outside the door. There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending. The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket. The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable. The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained. There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful. Staff...

"Großes geräumiges Zimmer, sehr leise, Parkplatz direkt am Zimmer. Bequemes Bett"

"The restaurant closed early. The rooms difficult to find at night. The reception staff not helping much. Check out is at 10am"

"Stayed in one of the pods and the walking path outside the doors is so noisy you hear everyone all night long. First night a large group were making a lot of noise and woke me up and it went on for quite a while. So if you like quiet it's not ideal. Rooms were adequate. Bed comfy. Bathroom sink is way too small to wash your dishes in let alone stick kettle under tap. 3pm was a bit late for my liking for checkin and the reception closes at 4pm. "Close to shops. Room good for price."

"We stayed in 1 bedroom cottage which was lovely and spacious. As we were there in October cottage was quite chilly at night there are heaters and lots of blankets/throws but just should consider adding robes and slippers."

"This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island."

"Great stay, we loved the property and the area. Spotless villa, had everything we needed for our stay and the host was great. Definitely recommend staying here."

"We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The location was great and the whole stay was easy and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable!"

"Roomy and clean accommodation within walking distance of heaps of amenities. Quiet location, a great stay"

"The property is a little tired, scratches and marks on walls. Outside landscaping very ordinary. "
