Our hosts treated us like family. We got the opportunity to unplug and relax in a beautiful, clean, historic property. It was delightful dining at the huge table and talking with new people. On our trip we enjoyed the mineral baths, hiking, swimming in the Jackson River, and a local hard cider tasting. All the local restaurants serve fresh, tasty homemade foods. I highly recommend Warm Springs / Hot Springs and Vine Cottage for a refreshing, quiet getaway.

Perfectly located near downtown Hot Springs, this lovely b&b has all anyone could want including a wonderful host team! Comfy beds. Clean well appointed bedrooms. A self service galley for coffee, tea, etc and wonderful gathering spaces.

My daughter and I went for our birthdays. It was excellent across the board. It is right next to Omni if you’re going there for spa day. So relaxing, clean, and the owners couldn’t be nicer.

This B&B was a great alternative to the Homestead resort itself. It was close enough to easily walk to the resort within a few minutes, very reasonable in cost, and the proprietors are wonderful people. My husband and I had the pleasure to spend 2 nights in this amazing Inn. The proprietors, Tammy and Dave are both so warm and welcoming. We felt at home the minute we walked in the front door. Our room was very quaint and just what we were looking for...very comfortable bed, pillows, and linens. The 2 mornings we were there, Dave made a wonderful breakfast that gave us energy to go out and explore the beautiful surrounding area of Warm Springs. We definitely are planning to return next year.
