"This place is very peaceful. I am not sure I have ever had such a quiet and relaxing hotel experience. Food, rooms and staff were all exceptional. Loved the floor to ceiling view of the Douro River from our room and rooftop pool was awesome."

"We stayed for 21 days and the second day the pool was closed for renovations. Perhaps they should have chosen January or February to do that not July and August. They also didn’t let me know when I booked that the pool would not be available."

"L'appartement était parfait, en revanche nous nous sommes retrouvés avec la chaudière en panne, après plusieurs relances, personne n 'est venu nous dépanner. Nous sommes donc restés jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour sans, c'est a dire 5 jours sans eau chaude. ce qui est inadmissible et non professionnel. ..."
