"The website was misleading. There was no bar out by the pool. The bar by the oceanfront was supposed to serve food according to the website, but it didn’t. It was only open from 5 to 8. The room had a really bad smell coming out of the air conditioner which maintenance tried to fixed by cleaning the filter, but they just sprayed stuff in it to make it smell fruity for about a day then it went away and went back to the smell. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "My family and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were really clean. The staff was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay, it could be better. The bagels were hard did not appear to be fresh. My son really enjoyed the veggie omelet with cheese and the waffle maker. Would stay there again."
