"Room we were initially put in had an awful sewage smell. We left it to go eat to see if it would air out but then asked for a change when we got back and found it was not resolved. Thankfully the front desk staff made this process easy. P The mattress is the least comfortable I've ever experienced and the rooms were quite warm even with the outside temperature being cold. "University dorms. Stayed in a two bedroom unit. Small kitchen and table, decent bedrooms but no couch/living space. Was great for a night, but personally would need a larger space for consecutive nights and four adults. Clean, well kept property and easy walk to restaurants."

"The location was good, great view and has a large open space. The maintenance guy was helpful and friendly. It is advertised as a serviced apartment but all they did was take out the rubbish and then not replace the liner. The floors were quite dirty (our white socks very quickly turned dark) The bed was very firm, not what we're used to and we were given 2 double blankets on each bed instead of 1 queen blanket which was strange. "What an extraordinarily large room we had for a night. New facilities and a babbling brook outside our room. Coffee and cereal left in the room for a nice continental breakfast the next morning. Owner was extremely courteous and helpful. Beautiful facility."
