"This is a basic European-style with few amenities. The lounge provided what the rooms did not have (eg. TV, microwave, coffee) and it also had a laundry facility. But, the property was clean and looked newly renovated. The location is is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. Staff was extremely helpful. Definitely good value."

"The Dundee Arms is a beautiful building and the rooms were very generous in size! The rooms were clean. It was in a convenient location and made getting out for sightseeing easy. Our room faced the back of the building and while quiet most of the time, the building across the parking lot gets early morning deliveries so we were woken up each day by the 0400-0500ish delivery times. We did have our window open which wouldn't help the noise but we needed them open as it was warm in the room....

"There was no owner/employee onsite when we arrived and no other guest we spoke with was able to help us locate our room. We ultimately located it by going up a back outside staircase. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was mould in the bathroom shower."
