"Upon attempting to check-in and asking where we could park our truck and flat bed trailer, Ashley rudely told me I couldn’t park on the property. When asked if we should park across the street instead, she said we couldn’t park there either. After asking her where we should park then, she decided we weren’t allowed to stay there and told us they “had no rooms available.” When asked if we’d get our money back she said that “wasn’t her problem” and told us to contact Expedia. We sincerely hope that Ashley has the life she deserves."

"We got in late I accidentally booked the wrong check in date when I got there thru a third party and the staff directed me how to fix it and was very helpful. Room was clean and smelt clean as well."

"Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean."

"The sink stopper in my room needed repair and the hotel shows its age, but the staff were all terrific. The room was clean and the temperature, great. No fussing with the air/heat adjustment."

"Great proximity to airport. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard, but OK. No dinner options nearby. Took an Uber to Cascade Station for a restaurant. There were many available there. "

"Room was clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and polite. Only downside to was that our room ran out of hot water during the first shower of two occupants. Could have been due to full capacity but unknown for sure and it will not hinder our next visit. Will stay here again when visiting Vancouver Washington. Great hotel clean and well maintained. "
