"We booked a suite and were given a normal double room. Expedia made it right by offering rewards but the hotel staff was unwilling to help in any way. No acknowledgment of the change was made when we checked in. We only discovered the change when we got to our room. I would not trust getting the room you booked when staying with this hotel. "
