"Easy place to stay."

"Nice & clean property very helpful staff close to transport & city"

"Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty. We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing. It was clear that he did not care."

"Always like staying here . Easy to get to and reach attractions and local eateries etc"

"Convenient location. I do not like the couch as it was old and part of it was pelled."

"Homely"

"Lovely hotel."

"Ok but dated rooms. Big problem was the noise. Not sound proofed at all so didn’t get much sleep & was woken early each morning"

"Very spaciousand comfortable room which was well supplied with high quality toiletries, tea/coffee etc. Excellent communication from the friendly staff both before and during my stay. I would highly recommend the Brassey Hotel. It is my go-to Canberra hotel."
