A Great Place to Stay!

We were able to check in about an hour and a half early, which was very helpful. The staff is friendly. I speak German with them but they do know English. As you can see in the photos, it's a basic hotel but the location is great, the surroundings are peaceful, the price is reasonable, and the staff is helpful. I highly recommend this for anyone!

Very good quality hotel. The personal is really helpful, friendly and polite. Nice spa and pools. Great food, good amount of choices. Nice bar with wide range of options. Also really close to the city center and to the ski lift. Excellent location. In general I enjoyed my stay a lot. Some things I didn’t like. - fee for sauna entertainment for 5 start hotel it’s a shame. - I’ve never seen that crowded hotel. It felt a bit overwhelming. - Not possible to pay extra for good view, so it’s just luck if you have nice view room or not.

Bauarbeiten sollten im Vorfeld angezeigt werden. 24 Stunden Rezeption wie angegeben nicht vorhanden. Nachts laute Musik im Hotel ohne Personal. Kaffeeautomat an der Rezeption läuft über und dampft. Bezahlung nicht bekannt.

Wie so oft wieder ein angenehmer Aufenthalt !

Wir waren schon zig-Male in diesem Hotel. Wie immer war alles zufriedenstellend, angefangen beim sehr netten Personal über den guten Zustand der Zimmer, das auswahlreiche Frühstück bis hin zum angemessenen Übernachtungspreis. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir werden in Zukunft bestimmt noch mehrmals in dieses Hotel einchecken.

Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, auch wenn der Parkplatz, sowie eine Flasche Wasser mit jeweils 4€ Gebühr hinzukommen. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend. Zudem war es nicht weit bis zum Cottbusser Tierpark oder auch zur Innenstadt.

Fast ok

Ein typisches "Monteur-Hotel" würde ich sagen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht zur Durchreise gebucht. Das Personal war nett und informativ. Frühstück in Ordnung. Leider war das Zimmer nicht 100% aufgeräumt und es befand sich noch Hundefutter und ein Hundenapf dort. Das sollte so nicht passieren.
