My recent booking at Lisboeta Hotel (Apr 26-27) was marred by a frustrating check-in experience. Despite having my confirmation email, SMS, and even online chatting with the Expedia to verify, the hotel couldn't locate my reservation. They insisted on a 6-digit internal code, causing over an hour delay. While they eventually found the booking, no explanation was given for the issue. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. A late check-out doesn't adequately compensate for the negative experience. I trust you'll address this with the hotel to prevent future occurrences.

The property is relatively new. But it’s in the middle of no where, travel to other places requires long wait of buses or taxi.

Simple and spacious shopping area inside hotel. Check in lobby too small. Shower in the room is not good because it cannot hold on to the rack as water pressure makes the handle stand straight and cannot band down, need to hand holding when shower.

在很边缘的位置，穿梭巴士要去上葡京坐。离金光大道（威尼斯，新豪，银河）很远。酒店里面购物吃饭选择也不多，旁边的上葡京也是。
