One night stay in countdown
There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave. Aside from this fact, the window view from our room was a let down due to the dirtiness of the windows, stains and dusts showing how long the windows were left without cleaning, the price weren’t especially cheap for the stay yet compared to my other stays in Sheraton, parisian and Venetian, we all got free upgraded rooms. Aside from these facts the rest of the services and gastronomic experiences were very good. Especially the room service hainan chicken rice that I ordered that night.

The bath tub is a bit too small. Also the pillows are just soft. But other than that, this hotel is pretty good.

Good, they don't accept union pay as deposit, will take 21 days to refund if use credit as deposit, I used cash instead but takes a long time to check out

Service is way below the Macau standard!
First of all, sign to hotel reception is nothing clear if you walk from inside the building. Check in has a long queue and there is only one guy working there. Have to ask the check out counter why they are not helping to get to check in, waited more than half hour. Wanted to get some change for transportation but was told they can’t make changes! Other hotels gladly offer that service and is very detail in asking how they could help with getting to our destination. Have to call and ask for tidying up the room.

The hotel is very new and there are shops and restaurants right downstairs, just few minutes walk to The Venetian which is very convenient.

A very pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly staff front desk staff. The hotel can look into providing some seating areas for guests waiting to be checked in.

Clean but basic and low spec quality of rooms
Rooms are pretty basic and small. Lack of atmosphere all around. It is Clean but basic and for the price per room, can certainly find better deals for the room size and quality of the room elsewhere. Was just ok but Wouldn’t go back.

The hotel rooms are really not acceptable. Understand this is not a new hotel, but keeping it tidiness and cleanness are basic requirements. But i dont think this hotel can provide. Really disappointed to this hotel.

The toilet design is not very good, there is not washing point in the toilet area. So which means after u finished ur biz u will hve to come out and wash ur hands in the shower area
