Lovely appartment and pool. The restaurant opposite was very good. We’d hired a car but would have struggled to get around otherwise as there is a very limited bus services and not many taxis for shorter trips.

Good value for money. Good airco and nice bed. Shower was nice. WiFi was crap also no 4G not very good in area. Kitchen was adequate though knives were dangerously blunt.

Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately.

Das Appartamenti San Carlo besticht durch seine Lage, in fünf Fahrminuten ist man am Gardasee, vom Balkon hat man sogar einen Blick auf den See, es gab zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Küche, insgesamt eher einfach eingerichtet . ein Restaurant direkt an der Anlage, weitere und auch Supermarkt in zwei Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar

- Wohnung sehr dunkel, Fotos bei der Buchung der 3-Zimmerwohnung irreführend. - Terrasse wird bei der Buchung gar nicht gezeigt, nur ein schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool, also auf einer höheren Etage. Erhalten haben wir eine Wohnung im EG - alles in allem schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel alt, Wände mit Rissen. - Struktur sehr hellhörig, Schlaf kaum möglich (besonders für Kinder). - Dusche mit schwarzen Rückständen (vermutlich Schimmel), lässt auf fehlende Qualitätskontrolle schließen Wir haben bereits bei unserer Ankunft um eine Alternative gebeten, erhielten aber lediglich den Hinweis, dass kein Apartment in den oberen Etagen zugesichert sei und wir die gebuchte Kategorie erhalten haben. Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus. Fazit: für uns nie wieder und wir können die Residence auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft wird sich vermutlich rechtfertigen, aber Schimmel und alle die anderen Mängel entstehen nicht über Nacht und man sollte die Bilder der tatsächlichen Wohnung bei der Buchung sehen und nicht solche, die leider nicht repräsentativ sind.

Das Highlight der Anlage ist der große Pool der immer sauber war, jederzeit waren Liegen und Sommenschirme verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind älter aber sauber nur die Hellhörigkeit der Apartment´s ist sehr lästig. Wenn die Nachbarn die halbe Nacht feiern ist man immer live dabei. Auch die Pizzeria auf der anderen Straßeseite ist zu empfehlen.Eisdiele und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Udmærket lejlighed som passer fint til 5 personer. Inventar er gammelt og lidt slidt, men rent og fungerer. Super god pool, med masser af liggestole og parasoller. Eneste minus var at der var noget støj fra overboen. Prisen taget i betragtning er det rigtigt fint!

Die Aussicht war aus unserem Apartment sehr schön auf den Gardersee. Der Pool war auch eine schöne Sache. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Bei uns wohnte eine Familie mit Kinder darüber, das war schon ziemlich laut auch noch spät abends und auch gleich wieder am Morgen.

Das Appartment war genau wie erwartet, zweckmäßig, sehr sauber, die Lage ruhig und schöne Aussicht. Der Check in bei der Rezeption Filanda war super, wir waren schon vormittags dort, weil mein Mann an einer Video Konferenz teilnehmen musste. Wir haben dort vom Rezeptionisten sofort einen Key für das WIFI bekommen, und so konnte mein Mann sich samt Laptop am Tisch neben der Rezeption niederlassen. Und in unser Appartement durften wir dann auch bereits Mittags. Jederzeit gerne wieder - volle Empfehlung.
