My room reeked of mold/mildew. The front desk clerk was quite friendly, but his body odor was offensive. I could smell him when I checked in… it was worse the next day as he clearly did not shower before coming to work. I checked out 6 days ago and still have not received the return of my deposit. I had planned to stay there a few more nights but changed my plans because of the mold in my room… was afraid I might get sick.

Somebody in a room near me was playing what seemed like club music at midnight. I called the front desk and said there was too much noise and the attendant just said OK sorry and hung up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall a convenient place to stay but the property needs a good clean and renovation. There were roaches in our room and random hairs in our bed. If you opt to go for a cheaper motel such as this, at least request a room with hardwood floors. It wasn’t much better but definitely better than carpet floors! The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with, just wish the property was cleaner.

The room didn’t have microwave, no coffee maker & no iron board. So the front desk guy said: no I don’t have it. SOMEONE took them. I still don’t understand who did he meant “someone”! Then he said : share the Microwave w his staff. I said “No” whatever you list on the website, you should provide them or switch the room for me. After he’s grumble for a while then he brought me the microwave & the coffee maker. He told us to use his plastic counter to do ironing!! Luckily I didn’t do it. Except for tp in the bathroom, no tissue at all. I asked the janitor on the next day, she said ya ya…. Then she disappeared! Horrible condition of the room, The media chest’s drawer was complete broken, they just left it. The room is strongly smell. I know people normally says you pay for what you get! I went out to check for another hotel. Unfortunately it’s spring break time, closed to beach like this location, it’s hard to get one night renting. Omg I never never return to this hotel!

The online pictures are deceiving. Before they give you your room, you have to sign a paper agreement to leave the to. Clean and respect quiet hours, which is fine, but when I walked into my room, it wasn’t even clean. There were stains on the sheets. The whole packed smelled strongly of bleach and maybe mildew and mold, the floors were sticky, the fridge was filled with yellow ice, the closet features a series of hoses, and open ended items, the mirrors were smudged, all of the furniture was damage or stained, with one chair have a rip down the middle. The bathroom appears to have a new countertop but everything else was old including a padded toilet seat, gross. Will not be staying here again.

This place is ghetto. The grounds are dirty with old cigarette butts outside the rooms. Room #8 was dirty and had an unpleasant odor coming from the carpet (like somebody died). Carpet in bad need of a vacuum. We wore shoes so we didn't make contact with carpet Brown bed skirt was torn as well and had sperm stains. Shower was leaking all the time and had a lot of rust. We were tired and only had to spend one night so we just spent the night there.

After a rude checkin where they refused my cash deposit requiring plastic instead, the room smelled like fetid crap upon entry, then discovered there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, then discovered there was no heat from the heater. Truly a one star experience

A sink was failed off the counter for my last stay. Unworking outlets for the hair dryer and unworking microwave. Smell mold in the bathroom. Unpleasure Smelling in the room. It was charged ~$94 per night. I wont stay this place again because mold smelling.

Horrible! The hotel reception gave me room #5 which had dark water stains in the room, black mold in the roof restroom, and smell like mildew. I went back to let him know, he said “ it wasn’t mold, it was stains.” However I showed him the pictures. He offered another room with one king bed, to fit 4 people?. I tried to get my money back, he told me to call Expedia, because I booked through them. I did called Expedia like 40 minutes trying to get a solution. Expedia had me to talked to someone from the hotel, he gave another phone number, and told me they were going to refund me my money

Slept comfortable each night, the only issue I noticed was the humidity in the room was unusual and there was mold in the sink and shower. I did wake up feeling congested but as soon as I left the room my airway improved. I didn’t take pictures but there was a black ring around the sink in the bathroom.

Upon check in, the lobby was locked so we rang the doorbell to get someone’s attention. After waiting for a few minutes, a man walks in from the back with his shirt completely unbuttoned exposing his bare belly to us. He then stares at us and says nothing and starts to button up his shirt while we are staring at him through the window. We wait about 2 minutes for him to button his stained shirt half way up and he comes to the door and lets us in. He checks us in and hardly says a word to us the whole time and writes down my credit card information on a piece of paper for the deposit. By this point, my girlfriend is very uncomfortable with what we have experienced. We take a key reluctantly and go to out room. Upon entry, we see that the bed is stained and the room smells horrible. The dresser looks like it has been beaten in with drawers falling out and there are holes in the walls. The bathroom is dirty and the room is just not livable. We proceeded to leave the room and leave our keys in the lobby as we did not want to interact with the rude man who exposed himself to my girlfriend and I. We felt genuinely unsafe at this hotel. The hotel has been rude to Expedia and hung up on them repeatedly while they have fought for the hotel to issue me a refund. We did not even use the room and they are trying to hold onto the money after describing the situation. No management from the hotel has reached out to me and I doubt if they even have management. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stayed at Cozy Inn for 6 nights. The place seemed old and not very safe. Initially, I was given only 2 towels for the entire stay, and after requesting more, they provided an additional 2. Unfortunately, the nights were disrupted by loud noises, including intimate activities in nearby rooms and creaky beds. The pool area so small, sometime also seemed noisy with alcohol-fueled gatherings, appearing unsuitable for families. On a positive note, parking was convenient, close to a gas station. However, the early check-in experience was not pleasant, with an unexpected $35 payment request. The WiFi was disappointingly slow, almost nonexistent. Overall, my stay left much to be desired.

The location and outside look of the place was Nice, but the room we received was terrible. The restroom ceiling had mold, the restroom wall had a sharpie written paragraph on it and the restroom door was falling apart. The baseboards looked dirty, and the pillows had stains on them. My boyfriend and I did not feel comfortable staying and showering there...

This is one of the trashiest places I’ve ever stayed. Mold in the shower, broken and dripping tub faucets, dirty carpets, uncomfortable bed, no washcloths, and the guy working the front had no idea on how to use a computer or do the job.
