"The reception staff were very friendly. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak, and I had to get a SIM card. The room was not clean — the floor had not been wiped, and the same towel was put back even though it had been used and was wet. When I asked the cleaner, she told me she was instructed to put towels back if they “look clean,” even if they have been used. "

"Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch.     "The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud. "
