"Don't let the "Airport" name fool you. While the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the location is a significant drawback. The hotel sits in a bleak industrial area with no shuttle service to the airport. It's too far to walk (30 minutes) and taxis charge a minimum of €20 for what is essentially a 7-minute ride. Nothing around the property , no restaurants, shops, or amenities within walking distance. If you're looking for airport convenience, you'd be better off staying near Plaza...

"Beautiful hotel and great pool and spa. Lifeguard couldn’t do more for you with towels and parasols etc. checking all was ok. Very slow service for drinks at the pool. Stated was my husband’s 40th on the booking during our stay but nothing acknowledged which was disappointing but otherwise a really beautiful hotel with great location and services."

They are friendly, helpful, and have wonderful senses of humour. And they were incredibly tolerant of my clumsy Spanish. "Expérience plutôt décevante. Il était pratiquement impossible d’obtenir une température confortable dans la chambre, ce qui a nui à notre séjour. De plus, une des fenêtres ne fermait pas correctement pendant environ la moitié de notre séjour. Le Wi-Fi est également très mauvais, instable et peu fiable. Si vous devez travailler, faire des appels vidéo ou simplement avoir besoin d’une bonne connexion Internet, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel. Ces problèmes ont malheureusement beaucoup...

"Staff at the cocktail bar was abrupt and not very welcoming, did not serve the drink as advertised on the menu putting it in a small glass until I asked for it to be changed. Then she just poured it into a tall glass and the colours and taste mixed up, dried fruit to decorate really not what a cocktail should be. Whereas we were going to spend some time and try various cocktails this experience meant we drank up and left ! Disappointing. "
