"The hotel is spotless. Too cold for the pool and its getting revamped anyway. Staff all pleasant. Food excellent. Hope to stay there again. Homely feeling "

"2 issues with the room. Reported to reception on 4 occasions in total. They said they would send someone down to fix the issues but they never arrived. There were a lot of complaints from others but the reception staff seemed ambivalent. Otherwise the hotel is fine.
It seemed every time we passed reception someone was complaining. It would be easier to fix what are generally small issues."
