"Ich weiß nicht , wie ich anfangen soll, weil mir einfach die Worte für den Zustand des Hotels fehlen. Der Sauberkeitsstandart wird nicht nachgegangen. Es sind überall Schimmel-ÜBERALL! Es ist da so dreckig, dass wir sogar Haarstoppeln im Badezimmer hatten. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Hotels.com konnte uns da auch nicht weiterhelfen, obwohl wir 5-6 Stunden telefoniert haben.
