"We were here for business and had just stayed at this location a few weeks before. The first time the staff working was different and were friendly and helpful. We were also given an upgrade to a suite. We had our pup and the staff loved him. This time the guy that helped us was not as friendly and helpful mumbled rather than speaking clearly and looking at me when speaking. We were not offered anything although we are VIP Hotel.com users. I didn’t enjoy this stay as much as the the previous stay."

"Stayed here for 4d3n. Conveniently located right across a shopping complex and Starbucks as well as right next to tram line that takes you right to the city center. The surrounding area was quiet - which was nice. The room itself was clean and minimalistic in design. Huge windows and good AC. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms are slightly smaller than North American hotel rooms but found it to be a decent size for two people with a backpack and carryon each. Breakfast was alright, delicious fresh bread and juice. For 3 days of our stay, 1/2 of the elevators were out of service which made the usual waiting time frustratingly long - especially during peak hours. They offer free luggage storage which was a cost-saver as our train was scheduled for later in the evening. Within a 5 minute walk from a pharmacy, cafés, gas station, etc. Highly recommend!"

"The decoration of the hotel is on the verge of tacky/cheap, seems like a missed opportunity - that is of course subjective (to a point). I stayed in a spacious room on the ground floor that looks onto to the pool, with a little terrace area. The layout of the room works well. That said the noise is the room is quite bad, you hear noise from the room above you surprisingly loud, and you also hear noise from the corridor which accesses the main restaurant, and bathrooms. Above the pool area there is weird window from a neighbouring building where a dog barks like crazy. The restaurant staff did not know the difference between filter coffee and americano (!) but tried to educate me on the matter, not cool. The reception desk staff was kind and attentive. I found it weird they could only allow us to stay 30 min longer for a "late" check out when the hotel felt empty. Not sure all of this is worth 350 euros a night here."
