"I had a 2 week stay at this Hotel in August 2026. Family of 4 including a 8 and 3 year old. Location is good as you are close to highways, beaches and the best city in my opinion (Aveiro). We had a suite. Upon Arrival the A/C was not working well. After 2 requests, we where moved to a new room the same day which was a upgrade. That was appreciated. Front desk staff was very friendly. "The room offered (2 double beds) was not the room we had booked (queen size). We had to wait another 2hours to get our room. The staff at reception desk was not friendly or helpful answering our questions. The hôtel location is far from everything. Not much around. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants comfort, luxueux and a good location to visit Porto"
