"The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. "Een mooi hotel met zwembad, tuinen en golfbaan"

"Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room."

"No pudimos dormir nada, tiene dos perros y estuvieron ladrando toda la noche. No había desayuno y para desayunar te tienes que ir a 20 minutos del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias, todos los detalles muy cuidados pero el no haber podido descansar ni una hora seguida por los ladridos del perro, y e tema del desayuno, pues no muy bien la verdad"
