"Wonderfully helpful staff. Beautiful inn with lots of charm. Absolutely wonderful choice of meals which tasted even better than described. It was a perfect place we will love to go back to."

"Wonderful. Staff were lovely. Dock on river perfect for drink in the sunshine. Rooms clean and comfortable. Just outside walls so quiet at night but only a 5 min walk into the centre. Will definitely stay there again!!"

"Very cool place to stay & great food. Parked in Delamere street car park overnight - roughly 3 minute walk from the stay"

"Great people and breakfast"

"The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were amazing, the service in the dining room was excellent. Parking is limited but we were lucky all 3 days. Loved the hotel. The shower needs some edging to catch the water from spreading over the floor (drainage worked fine) We were at the hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute. Thank you"

"Bed was small certainly not as described mattress uncomfortable Place needs urgent upgrade Staff were nice"

"Free car park . Near to city centre in the walking distance."

"Breakfast was lovely, staff were lovely. Lots to do and see near by. Would definitely stay again❤️"

This place has just 3 rooms, ours was immaculate and I'm sure it was a higher standard than your average pub hotel. The decor was really nice, bed was super comfy, tea & coffee making facilities, and the bathroom was very nice and a decent size with a good electric shower. We had a delicious full cooked breakfast made for us the following morning. Free parking nearby (...
