"O quarto estava em boas condições mas a limpeza não colaborou. Não fizeram a troca das roupas de banho e nem das de cama. Não fizeram a limpeza geral. Os talheres deveria ter um detergente com a esponja para que pudéssemos utilizar melhor. Houve barata dentro do apto. Enfim, é de suma importância a limpeza do local que não foi feita. "Em um dos dias limparam meu quarto e esqueceram das toalhas. Fiquei esperando mais de duas horas mesmo após repetidas solicitações à recepção. Ignoraram minha reclamação. Não consegui verificar o nome de funcionários que me atenderam de forma insatisfatória. Uma das funcionárias que se identificou como Ester (sem crachá) se recusou a buscar uma garrafa de vinho por estar armazenada em outro ambiente. O resort é muito bom se vc não precisar de alguém para resolver algum problema."
