"A nice location and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, I had issues with the electric, with things failing all the time. The cooker hob never worked. On two occasions I had to get replacements keys after being locked out as the keys cards failed. "

"Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. A museli/granola would be a nice addition. We ate in the restaurant one night and the staff were very attentive and the meal delicious. Our room was on the ground floor near the pool area and we had our own private patio area with loungers. The views are amazing from the grounds and the sunset spectacular. We used the car park which was tight but didn't prove to be a problem. The hotel was so centrally based we left the car therr for our 2 night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!"

"On arrival the staff where friendly at reception when in the room there was hair in the WC the shower smelt throughout our stay of dirty drains the only good thing about our room was the view which we paid extra for. The room was shabby in decor and odd how the shower and wc was just in the room!"
