We had one of the most fascinating views including the sunrise in the morning from the hotel room and then in the evening sunset just the other side of the hotel. Could have used hugher standard on the breakfast - to much premade food, e.g pancakes, Waffles etc would have Bern nice with some Chiles of egg’s i.e. Ommer, frihed egg, Way to many cakes. Expanded opening hours for the Fitness center - e.g. From 7 or 8 in the morning. Opening at 9 is too late if beakfast closes at 10:30. "

"This is a 4 Star View with 1 Star service! They actually charged me $3 for 5 ice cubes. They made you buy coffee for your room after the second day. And 3 staff at the front desk were quite hostile when I asked if could have use of the fridge rather than it being packed with booze. It was gorgeous for the stunning view of the Citadel and the sea, but petty and grumpy staff. Hopefully Nida finds work in something other than service and then would love to return!"

"The hotel’s location was unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, a definite 10/10. Once inside, it was hard to believe how bustling it was outside, thanks to excellent soundproofing. Our third-floor room was accessible by both lift and stairs. Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Both the hotel and our room were immaculate. Our room featured two large windows overlooking a courtyard, which was fine. Although there were blackout blinds, the room still became bright quite early, which we found a bit disruptive. We also experienced some issues with the shower and water pressure, which was frustrating. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return."
