"We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "

"Le personnel est au top, disponible, prévenant, aimable. Les repas sont bien. L'hôtel à 50 ans mais demeure très agréable, il est très bien entretenu, sa déco pleine de charme.
Quand au cadre, c'est mavnifique.
Nous espérons qu'il survive à l'écologie. "

"Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun.
Lovely food - even the buffet option.
Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones.
Evening entertainment is very good.
Coffee shop is wonderful with many options.
Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. Staff are all friendly in the restaurants and around the hotel.
Isabel at the Italian was very friendly and remembered us as returning customers.

"Love spacious clean room and bathroom with lovely sea view. Staff all friendly and helpful.
We stayed bed & breakfast and the breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Plenty space around the pool and the entertainment team were good fun. Cant wait to go back 😎"

"Unser Zimmer war in der 2. Etage (obwohl wir uns vorab ein Zimmer in der „obersten Etage“ gewünscht haben - wurde so leider nicht berücksichtigt) mit seitlichem Meerblick.
Abgesehen von der „Etagenlage“ war es total in Ordnung
(Größe, Ausstattung etc.).
Die gesamte Anlage ist ansprechend und sehr gepflegt!
Das Servicepersonal ist äußerst aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - TOP!
Das Fitness-Studio könnte ein paar Hanteln/Geräte
mehr „gut vertragen“ - ist aber auch so...
