"The apartment was spacious with a private garden, stunning roof terrace and is within easy walking distance to the town centre. Unfortunately it was completely let down by overall cleanliness especially the kitchen items and surfaces. Even more frustrating was cold shower 4 out of 7 days and the total lack of hot water in the kitchen, When we advised the owners of this they replied ' yes there is no hot water in the kitchen' and did nothing to rectify it! "Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back."

Fantastic Stay

"Excellent stay, we had a preferred club swim up pool room, it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed bed & breakfast which was also good with plenty of choice. Just a couple of niggles, there is no waiter service around the pools and the gates to get in and out of the hotel from the promenade were temperamental. Good location on the seafront, easy walking distance to either the Rubicon area or Playa Blanca centre. We will definitely return soon."

Hotel Riu Oliva Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"An excellent place to stay with the family. We had a car rented which aided access to areas outside the immediate area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself served a good baseline of food for a family of four with different tastes. The pools and access to the beach are great. The most minor of things could have improved the hotel; water in rooms and better coffee at breakfast (the coffee in snap bars for the rest of the day is excellent). As I said, minor improvements. Would stay here again. "

Good hotel for families

"We have stayed here twice now and found it ok both times first was all inclusive the food is good feels a bit canteen like in the restaurants the pools are good both smaller ones and the big pool. Entertainment was good by the pool with the big mat got lots of engagement maybe they should do that daily "

Fabulous well equipped apartments.

"Fabulous accommodation with lovely pool area. The apartments were really well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. There was also a filtered water tap which was really useful. There was no shop on site but you could order bread and pastries to be delivered each day. We hired a car which was really useful as it is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour area. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10"
