Overall, the staff was friendly, but I did not like the fact that the manager approached me for the bill but did not introduce herself. Also, I had a couple of days without hot water because the hot water heater is solar and it rained for a few days. Nevertheless, the views from the hotel were beautiful. "

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at Firefly Cottages for a period of seven nights, and I must say that I do not feel compelled to return. "Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund.
