"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The building felt extremely outdated, and the old carpeting gave off an unpleasant smell that made the environment uncomfortable. On top of that, the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear other guests talking, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Another concern was the lack of secure access—there didn’t seem to be proper locks on the doors leading into the main building, which raised safety concerns for me. Overall, I expected a much better experience, especially for a travel lounge–style hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the lack of soundproofing and security made my stay far from enjoyable."

"Mold in the shower, door to the units didn’t close easily behind you, keys came off key ring without abuse, outside was very dirty. Restaurant was okay but not great."

"Honestly, we were lucky to get their last room they had available. The parking is great and Nicole offered up a part of their own home for us to store some valuables from the back of our truck. Nicole is a fantastic host and made us feel great offering to go to the ends of the earth in service."
