"Lovely old hotel, right in the center of town. Parking was impossible, ended up using the recommended car park and the validation they sold me at the hotel didn't work, so got to pay double for parking. But the hotel itself was really nice. "

"The first room we were allocated was not made up, so back to check in spoke to a member of staff who was pleasant and friendly about our situation. They said that we had been given the wrong room and we were given a different room The room was not even properly cleaned every thing was tired looking bed was not comfortable. Only a few stations on the tv. The next morning we went to reception but no one was there to help so we just left and left passes at the desk couldn’t face another night in that tip. We were not expecting a 5 star hotel but at the very least room should have been clean and comfortable. "
