"The property was in an excellent location for tourists to Dublin . The apartments were clean in good condition and comfortable beds and sofas in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook a meal with everything you needed. Exceptional value for money in a city where accommodation was expensive ! "

"Fantastic location. Shops, restaurants, and the River Liffey within a few minutes walk. Keyless entry to the apartment, using an app, was convenient. The balcony was nice. Having a washer was good. The apartment smelled very fresh when we opened the door, however, the place could use an overall refresh. There were stains on the sofa, in the bathtub and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was outside music and noise up until 3 am each morning, but given the location, we expected this....

"The suite is huge with lots of character in an old building. The kitchen is great with everything you need to prepare meals. There are multiple grocery stores within short walking distance. The area is lovely and walkable, we felt safe being out at night. Be careful when taking a shower as the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. "This location was perfect for 5 adults. We walked everywhere so the location was very central. There is an Aldi avross the street for groceries and we had an emergent need for a suitcase and there was also mall across the street. There is no AC so plan accordingly. "

"Worst decision ever to go with this stay. - lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors. - no trash bin, tooth brush - the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by - my room door does not lock - 0 soundproof walls and windows. Is so noisy at night until 11pm+ "

"This accommodation was good value for money. The local bus runs every 15 minutes into centre of Dublin for 2euro 60cents in cash or purchase a bus pass at shop on site. The location was peaceful when we were there. Only negative was no aircon as it was very hot but they provide a desk fan when asked."
