"The Manager was very helpful with us. One of the issues we had was that there were not hairdryers and all the rooms including mine. I didnโt notice I already washed my hair. The Manager explained that they had had several stolen and walked me to a room to let me dry my hair before we left in the rain in the cold. He was trying his best to accommodate us."

"We had an amazing stay in the Dowds Country Inn on our way back from Vermont. We were greeted by a friendly staff and in the morning had breakfast that exceeded our expectations. Iโd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place with an atmosphere in the area."

"Great place to stay in between Stowe and Woodstock as a home base. Friendly staff made it even better and allowed us to check in early. Also very pet friendly and plenty of space for them to roam. Would highly recommend if traveling to Vermont and looking for a good home base to explore."
