The room was D I R T Y, stains on the walls floor. Toilet D I R T Y, stains in the tub and black mole on the shower walls. Also i could not see the bottom of the pool Wateer was green. Just a great location That{s all.

Very nice hotel with great staff and great location. The only downside was the fact that the Air condition can't be regulated in each room and when it got a bit colder outside they put the heater, making very warm in the room so we needed to open the windows

The ameneties inside were worn out and not to standards of a four star hotel. The breakfast is superb. The area are close to most city attrations. There are lots of loud noise from caf horns made by teenagets making it unfortable to sleep.

A Noisy Stay with Friendly Faces

My recent stay at Amérian Cordoba Park Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the location was convenient, that's about where the positives ended. The most significant issue was the paper-thin walls. I could hear everything – and I mean everything! From the constant street noise outside (cars, sirens, people talking) to my neighbors' conversations as if they were in my own room, it made getting any restful sleep nearly impossible. I was also treated to the delightful sounds of their toilet flushing and showers running throughout the night. It felt more like staying in a noisy dorm than a hotel. I will say, the reception staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which was a small bright spot. However, their excellent service couldn't overcome the fundamental issue of the noise. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place.

The check-in and room preparedness was perhaps the worst of our extensive travel experience. Although there was roughly 300 linear feet of curbside parking available for unloading passengers and baggage, its entire length was blocked-off by traffic cones spaced about 15 feet apart and about 3 feet out from curb. No assistance was offered or available for unloading baggage. Lobby is only accessible by stairs (four steps above street level). Room was unserviced (bed unmade). Staff spoke virtually no English, and were surly and disrespectful.
Room 204 3:30 on 25Oct2025, bed unmade. Still unmade at 5:30. Reassigned to Room 504.

The shower did have preassure, beacuse the faucet was always open. I complained. They did not accept a room change. They sent someone to fix it. The plummer told me the shower was fixed. Next day, I tried to take a shower, and the shower was still malfunctioning. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. Despite those problems, I have to say that the staff was very polite.

Seems it was in transition of ownership. No ramp to bring suitcases only 8-10 narrow steps.old building. No USB plugs so bring your plug convert. Breakfast only u til 9 AM Poor internet connection.

No plugs in the room!

The room doesn’t have a single plug near the. Impossible to charge your phone or laptop. I use hearing aids that need charging and it was a torture.

Starting with the positives: the location is great. In spite of being in the middle of everything, the room was quiet. You have stores, food, tourist sites within a few blocks. The breakfast was buffet style: good however staff fell behind on replenishing items and the coffee/ milk/ hot water station was very messy and awkward for serving. The room was comfortable a spacious but in general the lighting was poor even in the bathroom. ( I couldn’t find a good spot for putting on makeup). Also, there is a huge lack of outlets. There were no outlets near either nightstand. The temperature control was in a very unexpected spot: we found it on the 3rd day of our stay. We would use the hotel again because of the convenient location but I wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel at an international level.

It was horrible service , they charge for hot water , room was so dirty at check in , old guest had dirty sucks in the room, insects in the bathroom, sheet had blood spots on it and floor was so dirty Tried to ask to get the room changed after 45 min of waiting we went to a lower category room was also dirty so we decided to come back to our old room and ask them to clean it and they said they have no one who can clean it and very unfriendly front desk, asked for a manager he said we have no manager And he said he can let them manager know to talk to us in the morning which never happened. I would never stay at this old torn down hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay

El personal súper atento, muy amable, habitaciones limpias, los alimentos del restaurante muy ricos, personal de restaurante muy amable, solo extrañamente la carne y el pescado nos lo dieron muy muy reseco, de ahí en fuera en resto de los alimentos muy ricos, buen vino, buen café. Para mi gusto (como mexicana) hace falta más variedad en el desayuno, demasiado pan y harinas en el desayuno para mi gusto mexicano. Las instalaciones son un poco mejor en las imágenes que muestran que en físico, los colchones están algo desgastados, creo se puede mejorar.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Der Preis war angemessen. Hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und Busse fahren, auch vom Flughafen, bis fast vor die Tür. Der Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist der Lärmpegel.
