"Location was excellent. In the heart of the City but very quiet in the apartment. The only thing let us down was that (5 adults) and they left us only 1 toilet roll, 1 sachet of shampoo and no bottle of water to welcome the guest."

"As a family of 4, we stayed in Azalea for 3 days/2 nights. Checking in was smooth, staff are responsive with our needs. Breakfast buffet was OK. Our daughter got sick and cannot make it to the dining area the first morning and we requested if we can instead pack some food for her from the buffet. We appreciated that our request was granted after speaking with the dining supervisor. It rained a lot during our stay and we liked that big umbrellas are available and can be borrowed at the hotel...

"The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided."

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. "The location was great. Walking distance to Wright Park. The staff was attentive. We did have some problems with the toilet flushing properly in two of the bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable."
