"It was an absolutely incredible stay, so much that we didn't want to leave! Everything was superb, from the transfer via private boat to the warm welcome, from the wonderful rooms to the delicious food served at the Villa's restaurant. It was indeed a truly unique experience, as we were told at the beginning by the lovely and caring Maria Concetta. We will definitely go back. "

Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms , mixture of modern and classic Italian. Walking distance to all paciano. "Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"Apartmenthotel. We visited the hotel at the end of the season. Most hotels were closed. Probably it will look different in springtime after a refresh. It was not dirty, only small imperfections. Simple and old-fashion furniture but the bed was ok. Staff very gentle. Breakfast ok. Lovely view over the lake"

"The property is well situated at the foothils of St Francis Cathedral. The room was quite cramped for 3 persons. The restaurant on site is great option for dining. Breakfast was also good, bit on a sweeter side, lots of pastry and cakes, limited on salty savory options. I'd recommand this place, well priced. "

"La camera per 4 persone non è altro che una doppia con aggiunto un letto a castello, questo implica che se uno deve andare al bagno gli altri tre componenti devono stare coricati nel letto altrimenti non si passa"

"Allora...... vi ho già inviato una lunga mail alla quale non avete ancora risposto Spero lo facciate presto. Abbiamo prenotato intorno al 10 febbraio. Il 25 pomeriggio è arrivato tramite voi un messaggio (che non abbiamo visto subito) dalla struttura in cui ci si informava che la SPA era chiusa. Il 26 quando eravamo quasi arrivati è arrivato un altro messaggio in cui ci si chiedeva da dove arrivavamo. Giunti in hotel la proprietaria ci diceva che comunque con la prenotazione fatta tramite...

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. Had a great nights sleep and breakfast was a huge choice of self serve items. Lots of home made unusual choices. Loved our unique castle...

"Great position for visiting Perugia and Assisi and many towns close by. Quiet, clean and charming; the restaurant is very good."

"Great campsite, beautiful location and not crowded. Lovely pool, good playground and beautiful beach and lakeside area. Port at 1 minute walk with ferries to Isola Maggiore, Passignano and Castiglione. Tuoro train station at 5 minutes walk, so Perugia and Arezzo at 30 minutes. Albeit few trains stop at Tuoro. Two supermarkets at 10 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant; hard to persuade the children to leave the campsite. Overall, excellent and would consider going again! "
