Location is decent, less than 5 minute drive into town, no view but it seems not many places in Exmouth do. Everywhere looked neat/clean and well looked after. Only complaints was the fridge is tiny, we only used it for stuff to make sandwiches and it was pretty much full; and that the toilet is too close to...

"Honestly, for the price you're paying ($130 for a double room in the middle of town), it was great. To put things into perspective, a slab at the RAC caravan park with a private bathroom is $99. The place is a bit dated and minimal, but it is very functional if you're expecting to spend most of your time outdoors and exploring the national park reefs."
