"We purchased an upgraded villa in the Club lounge. It is a 1200 sqft room with a nice balcony. The apartment is very odd. It has a approx 18 ft couch in it, not really useable. The rest of the apartment was well equipped. Separate shower and toilet. The club area is a bit far from the ocean but we liked the daily tea and cocktail hour. Lots of kids."

"The beachouse is a lovely place. Don’t expect a 5star resort, but it’s got all you need. Staff is friendly and helpful and you feel welcome as a solo traveler. There’s not much around (no supermarkets, shops etc) so unless you have a car, make sure you bring everything that you need for your stay. The public bus from/to the airport stops right in front of the Beachouse (costs about FJD11 one way and takes about 3h) Just make sure you tell the driver multiple times to stop at the Beachouse. "A great family resort (the best on the coral coast) and one of the few in Fiji that genuinely caters for toddlers right through to teenagers. Big points for the free nanny service during breakfast, and for not counting teens as adults until 17 - unlike most resorts who make the switch at 12. Would I come here if I didn’t have kids? No. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on the coral coast with kids - this is the place."

"This was the perfect place for me to stay as a solo traveller. My beach hut had air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. There was a hammock outside that was my favorite feature. The resort cat was such a lovey ginger boy."
