"Another stay for us 2 at AO Sydhavn Copenhagen. Still as good as we're used too :)
Staff were friendly & helpful and check in fairly easy - not sure the new tap screen is any quicker than filling out a form though.
Always have a good nights sleep and linen is clean & white. There were a lot of teenagers staying this time but it didn't interfere with our sleep as we didn't hear any noise to disturb us. You only get room cleaning if you request it but we're happy to empty our own bins and obtain...
"Liked....1. clean place and staff were very friendly and helpful.
2.Mermaid in the hotel lobby was great.....better than the one in Copenhagen attraction guide.
3. Mini bar was great but water in the fridge was chargeable.....water on arrival , after a long journey should be complimentary or a drink should be a welcome gesture.
UNLIKED...
1. hardly any cupboards to put your clothes...just 4 hangers given.
2. Cleaners did not do a good job.....Tissue box empty in Bathroom
3. No English Channels...
"This was an excellent property. It is within walking distance of most of the tourist sites. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.
There is an outdoor space with tables. Inside they have a really good lounge space with both soft seating and tables with chairs."
"Lovely hotel and reception staff made us feel welcome. Location was perfect!
our room was on the ground floor and underneath the breakfast/restaurant so every morning we could hear chairs being dragged across the floor from above.
The house keeping tab needed to be on the door before 9am or your room wouldn’t get cleaned. I would recommend the staff recheck later incase any other tags had been put out slightly later. We did ours when we left the room at 9:15 as we didn’t want someone coming...
"Didn’t try to swim in the pool, but otherwise well maintained hotel, very clean. Next door to Tivoli gardens with decorations, rides, lots of food choices. Hotels Rug bakery and breakfast place not that good though, I would recommend to go outside"
