Fremragende tagterrasse, virkelig god beliggenhed, veludstyret og alt i virkelig god kvalitet. Prisen dog også tilsvarende høj. Meget fin videoinstruktion til check in. Dog også et par kritikpunkter. Der var en del myrer på køkkenbordet og i opholdsstuen. Det må bare ikke forekomme i denne prisklasse, og henvendelsen til ejeren herom gav ingen respons overhovedet. Aircondition i stuen kan ikke umiddelbart betjenes af lejeren, hvilket er temmelig irriterende. Den annoncerede pejs virker ikke om sommeren, så beskrivelsen i præsentationen kunne godt være mere præcis. Der er ingen parasol på terrassen.
