After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

"One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...
