"Half the amenities mentioned in this hotels listing do not exists. There is no bistro/coffee service/cafe or restaurant. Literally arrived with our 2 young kids and no way to feed them. Was told to go to a local restaurant which is no use as we picked the hotel based on its amenities."

"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very ..."
