"Clean hotel in a good area. The room smelled heavily of smoke when we arrived but cleared up by the next day. Nothing fancy but everything was adequate. Several good restaurants nearby. I would stay here again. "

"Motel is inside beautiful, wondrous Petit Falls State Park and close to outstanding Mather Lodge and Cedar Falls Trail and Boardwalk Overlook. Nice outdoor pool. The lodge, boardwalk, and Petit Jean gravesite are must see for their marvelous views."

"The room was ok. It is dated. Location is not the best. Overall it was just fine for the price. The staff is friendly. No bugs. Room i was in was very small. I would stay again if i needed to rest. For us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) the room was just not big enough for us to stay longer then 1 night. "

"Good parking. Brightly lit everywhere so I felt safe.off the main drag enough to be nice and quiet but close enough to walk to a store or restaurant. Very clean room with comfy bed. Expedia said dog friendly, but iguess not free. They charged me $10.00 for my dog. Not refundable. "

"I stayed here briefly while working in the area, and would definitely stay there again if I'm back that way. The hotel is a little old, but my room was very clean and comfortable. It looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. The wifi was reliable. There was a "New Owner" sign out front, so I think the older, poor reviews must be from before the ownership change. Ajay at the front desk told me that all of the ground-floor rooms were recently updated,...

"Everything they had listed on the website was not there. No Fridge, No Microwave, The Wifi didnt work. Only one outlet in the room worked and the TV was plugged into it. The TV was about 10 years old and didn't work. The screen would go off and on. When it did come on, there were Spanish subtitles covering the whole screen and no way to take them off.
