Good hotel

Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer. The food portions were large, and by and large the food was good. Breakfast and in particular the coffee was excellent. The terrace at the rear of the hotel overlooking the lake made for an enjoyable venue for eating. The only criticism is the room service only extended to removing the loo paper from the bin and providing us with more loo roll!

CHEAP BUT!!!!

yes its cheap, but for a reason. Air conditioning does not keep the room cool, it was hotter than hell... Breakfast.. Yuk 1 star... and parking good luck.... the single iron if they can find it.. and what ironing board.. its cheap.. but not cheerful

Petit prix et excellentes prestations!

Hotel peu cher mais de qualité! Grand hôtel avec immense réception, la réception parle français anglais roumain russe. Grande chambre avec balcon vue dégagée, vue sur lac ou court de tennis. La mer est à 200 mètres,juste traverser la route. Parc aquatique et restaurant à proximité! Dans l'hôtel restaurant et petit déjeuner possible. Personnel agréable! Petit prix et excellentes prestations. séjour en solo ou en couple ça vaut le coup.

Weekend at Florida hotel

The hotel parking is quite narrow, but there is a public parking near by where you can leave your car. The cleaning staff was really noisy at 8 am in the morning, this shows a lack of professionalism. The food was good(breakfast and lunch) and the terrace outside is really nice with a splendid view over the lake.

Room is clean with balcony. Staffs in reception can only speak very limited English. Cleaners don't speak English at all. Three cleaners came to my room counting the tower, even though the towers are in poor conditions. Anyway, I can never understand this behaves. It might be another adventures. A young man who standing in front of the door is very rude, never help my baggages at all. Some taxis are called by the reception are overcharge me twice, 50leis for short ride. Room size is reasonable and the coffee by the lakeside is a plus

Rude staff, bad wifi.

Staff on the front desk were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Wifi did not work in rooms and even in the lobby it was slow and dropping out. When we asked the desk staff they dismissed U.S. And turned their backs. The sheets were not changed, beds not made! Strange customer service!!,

Maybe will give it another try

The hotel is very nice, close to the beach, but the staff in the reception was terrible. Also, please take care that the check-in starts at 6pm. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were big and clean.
