"Embora o local seja limpo e muito perto do aeroporto eu jamais ficaria aqui de novo por duas razoes 1. Não da pra dormir. O barulho é simplesmente horrivel e alto demais, de carros, caminhoes e muita buzina a noite toda, e 2. O shuttle pra levar ate o aeroporto nunca esta disponível, eles nao tem vans o suficiente e voce precisa pagar Uber ou Taxi, que me custou para 5 minutos (Porque é literalmente ali o aeroporto) R$ 100 Ou seja. não recomendo."

We truly felt safe and at home the entire time - which is priceless when traveling. Highlights: 1. Service: World-class. Every staff member anticipated our needs before we even asked. 2. Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience.
