"We arrived and our room smelled of smoke (it is a non smoking hotel) reception immediately upgraded us to a junior suite that was incredible. The most comfortable bed, the most luxurious bathroom with double shower and huge stand alone tub with tv on the wall. The room was very spacious and staff were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, the lounge offered drinks and snacks. The spa was included with our stay and a great place to relax in the hot tub and steam room/sauna. The Latin quarter...
"The hot tub is extremely small, you must wear shower caps to swim and pay extra for that. Our room was so far away!not impressed for the money we spent. The restaurant was excellent and the service there was great!"

"I've been several times to this hotel and have found it to be consistently good and good value. I'd say the same this time except that the bedroom was incredibly warm and even with the window open nothing relieved it. A fan was provided and then another but it did little to reduce the heat. Also, there was a winter duvet on the bed and I spent 3 nights sleeping on top of the bed.
